Instructions for teachers
The learners present their texts about the useless product they bought. After that they answer complaints on the telephone and per mail. The learners work in pairs. After that they reflect about which things they had to complain about and why, they report about the answer they got and if they were satisfied with it.
Until the net unit the learners read the text ,customer service’ and write a summary. They also write a review on a product they bought recently.
