Instructions for teachers
This unit starts with a discussion about the video ,workers rights revolution’. Then the learners think about their expectations about how their working conditions should be like. After that everyone designs a mindmap about things that increase motivation at work and during a short presentation the words are collected at the whiteboard. Then the learners read the text ‘work life balance’ (teaching materials) together with the trainer and talk about their idea of a balanced lifestyle.
Until the next unit the learners read the article about ,different types of personality’ and write a text about how they consider themselves. As preparation the learners watch the video ,how to organize a meeting’.
